The Rollei brand celebrates its 101st birthday – with strictly limited products

Following the Rollei brand's milestone birthday last year, this year's birthday will also be celebrated with limited products that will be absolutely exciting for photographers. For its 101st birthday, Rollei is launching three unique filter sets that will make photographers' hearts beat faster. All three sets will be sold as limited special editions with exclusive engraving and a strict limitation of only 101 pieces per set.

Hamburg/Norderstedt, January 25, 2021 – The name Rollei has been associated with a glorious history for many years. Today with somewhat different products than back then, but the Rollei brand is still well-known and strong. Then as now, pioneering developments in photography technology are inextricably linked with the Rollei brand.

The founding company Rollei became famous, among other things, with the legendary Rolleiflex 6x6 camera, which went into series production as early as 1929. Later, from 1967, Rollei sold more than 3 million units of the "shirt pocket camera," the 35 series. This made it the best-selling 35mm camera in the world at that time.

The new company, based in Norderstedt, today offers a wide range of products including tripods, filters, flashes, photo backpacks and extensive accessories. With this, the innovative management is breaking new ground, but at the same time is focusing on the long tradition of the Rollei brand, which has had an excellent reputation among professional and amateur photographers for 101 years. And it is precisely these customers who can now look forward to this year's birthday of the brand. The F:X Pro Starter Kit Mark II includes, in addition to the Mark II filter holder for 100mm filters, a base ring, CPL filter, 7 adapter rings, filter holder bag, Soft GND8, and Medium GND8.

The F:X Pro Filter Set is perfect as a supplement and includes a Soft GND16, Reverse GND8, ND8, ND64, and ND1000.

The Premium Round Filter Set is suitable for all round filter fans and is also limited to 101 pieces per size. It includes an ND8, ND64, ND1000, ND2000, and ND4000. It is available in diameter sizes 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, and 82mm.
