Why is my order no longer free of charge?

The calculation of free shipping takes place in the shopping cart. If the total price changes later and falls below 150, for example by using a discount code, shipping is no longer free.

Bulky items are also excluded from free shipping because they are transported with another logistics company.

How long does delivery take?

When delivered in Germany, items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will reach you within around 1-3 working days. If you order by 4:00 p.m., we will hand over your package to our shipping service provider the next day.

When delivering to Austria, items that can be delivered with DHL Standard will reach you within around 2-5 working days.

DHL Express: When delivered with DHL Express, deliverable items will reach you within around 1-2 working days. Express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is received by 12 p.m. (Monday to Thursday). Delivery within Germany is guaranteed to reach you on the next working day (except Saturday) for orders placed by 12 p.m. Please note that express shipping is not possible to post offices and packing stations.

Note: If payment is made in advance, the delivery period begins five days after the payment order was placed. For all other payment methods, the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Yes. You can have your order delivered to a Packstation. Please ensure that you enter the data correctly otherwise DHL will process the order not process can.

  • In the Street field, enter the following: "PACKING STATION 123"
  • In the additional address field: "2332012" (Your DHL customer number)

Even minimal deviations from the format specified above can lead to errors. Do not write “Packstation Number 123” or “PackstationNr 123”. The customer number must also not be in the “Company” field. In the “Additional Address” field, simply enter the customer number without number & number or anything similar.

In the event of discrepancies in the address format, delivery will be delayed or will be returned to us.

Can I change or cancel my order later?

Our ordering and logistics process is fully automated so that you receive your goods quickly. Therefore, a subsequent change is not possible.

Can I apply multiple discount codes?

You can only apply one discount code per order. Sometimes discount codes are completely excluded due to promotions, sales and special offers.
