Rollei introduces the popular entry-level C5i tripod in rose gold

Rollei gives the popular, classic C5i a new look. The eight-layer carbon tripod will be available for the first time in a limited quantity as a rose gold version. With its low weight, stability, and small pack size, the C5i carbon tripod in rose gold can be used for many applications.

Norderstedt, 09.02.2022. The photo accessories manufacturer Rollei is giving one of its most popular entry-level tripods, the C5i Carbon travel tripod, a new look. The Limited Edition radiates shine and glamour in rose gold, as has never been seen before with comparable models.

Like the classic version of the tripod, the Rose Gold Edition is compact and lightweight, as it is made of eight layers of carbon. Despite its low weight of only 1,260 g including the tripod head, the tripod with four leg segments impresses with a maximum load capacity of 8 kg at a maximum working height of 131 cm. As a monopod with a maximum height of 130.5 cm, the tripod also carries 8 kg.

As usual, the scope of delivery of the carbon tripod in the limited edition includes everything you need to get started right away. The included 3D ball head is equipped with spirit levels for vertical and horizontal alignment. The quick-release plate ensures a secure hold for the camera and a smooth workflow, both for photography and filming. With a few simple steps, the center column, which is equipped with a column brake for secure locking, can be inverted so that you can get particularly close to the object to be photographed without obstacles. The handy twist locks of the leg segments serve for quick and at the same time secure adjustment. This not only allows for quick setup, but also for adjusting the tripod height with the camera already attached.

The rose gold tripod comes with other practical accessories, such as a tripod bag for safe transport and a smartphone holder.
