I've been using the Profi Filter Holder Mark II from Rollei in my landscape photography since its market launch. During this time, it has accompanied me all over the world and served me well in Tuscany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Georgia, and many other countries. The filter holder is made from a combination of high-quality aluminum and plastic and accommodates up to 3 rectangular filters and polarizing filters.
The filter holder can be used with its 3 slots without vignetting down to a focal length of 18 mm (full-frame equivalent). For wider angles, it may be necessary to switch to 2 slots, which is super easy.
In my landscape photography, I often use the filter holder in combinations. For example, I frequently combine ND rectangular filters with GND rectangular filters.
The filter holder comes with the following accessories:
- Filter holder including 3 slots
- Base ring with filter thread (82 mm)
- Polarizing filter
- Adapter rings (in sizes from 52 mm – 77 mm)
- Filter holder bag
- Screwdriver and screws for mounting 2 slide-in rails
