Five new focal lengths for Nikon cameras with Z-mount

Rollei presents new Viltrox lenses for Nikon full-frame and APS-C cameras

Rollei is expanding its lens range for Nikon Z full-frame cameras with two new Viltrox lenses with focal lengths of 24 and 35 millimeters. With their wide-angle properties, the lenses create natural images in landscape and street photography. In addition, the photo accessory manufacturer Rollei is presenting three lenses for Nikon APS-C cameras with a Z-mount in focal lengths of 23, 33 and 56 millimeters.

Norderstedt, 01.11.2021. Together with Viltrox, Rollei is expanding its portfolio of fast lenses for Nikon cameras with Z-mount. Both full-frame and APS-C camera users can look forward to new options.

In the full-frame sector, versions of the two "24 mm AF" and "35 mm AF" lenses are now available. Both are equipped with a wide initial aperture of 1.8. The focal lengths of 24 and 35 millimeters are wide-angle lenses. While the wider 24-millimeter lens is primarily suitable for landscape photography, confined spaces, street photography and reportage, the 35-millimeter lens is characterized by its natural perspective. 

The new lenses support Nikon's eye-focus and manual focus. Silent STM focus motors make the new prime lenses the first choice for video recordings.

For Nikon's mirrorless cameras with Z-mount and APS-C sensor, focal lengths of 23, 33, and 56 millimeters are now available. The three new prime lenses are particularly versatile thanks to their wide initial aperture of 1.4. This is the first time that the already diverse Viltrox range has been expanded with fast lenses for mirrorless Nikon cameras with a Z-mount and APS-C sensor.

The lens with a 23-millimeter focal length is a lightweight wide-angle lens that impresses with its natural perspective. This makes it ideal for use in landscape, architecture and street photography. 

The 33-millimeter lens presents itself as a normal lens and versatile all-rounder that excels in every photographic situation. A lightweight telephoto lens complements the range with a 56-millimeter focal length. Thanks to its wide aperture and associated shallow depth of field, the lens proves ideal for use in portrait photography.

Both the lenses for APS-C and those for full-frame sensors have aperture rings for manual adjustment. The lenses are supplied with a lens hood, lens cap and a lens bag.
