Rock Solid Alpha XL Mark III – Large XL Carbon Tripod
Thanks to their extreme weather resistance and load capacity, the Rollei Rock Solid tripods and tripod heads have already gained a legendary reputation in demanding outdoor, travel, and wildlife photography. The uncompromising manufacturing quality has, of course, been retained in the successors, the Mark III series, while functionality, ease of use, and stability have been further improved.

Alpha XL Mark III – The leader of the Rock Solid family
The largest, most stable, and highest load-bearing member of the new Rock Solid Mark III tripod family. You can now equip this travel and outdoor tripod, fully extended to a working height of 193 cm, with a payload of up to 40 kg! This load capacity is sufficient even for high-end camcorders with extensive accessories or full-frame cameras with extremely long professional focal lengths.

Carbon, spikes and quick setup
The four segments of the incredibly stable and weather-resistant tripod legs were elaborately wound from carbon at the precisely calculated ideal angle to dissipate the stresses occurring during shooting. Despite the increased load capacity, the total weight is still under 3.5 kg, and the screw-in steel spikes are ideal for securely and immovably supporting your valuable photo equipment even on jagged rock surfaces or slick ice. The quick-release fasteners of the tripod leg segments can be loosened and fixed super quickly.

Easy to carry, simple to operate
The Rollei Rock Solid Alpha XL Mark III outdoor tripod, like the previous model, is supplied without a tripod head to guarantee you full flexibility in equipping it. The Alpha XL Mark III features an integrated leveling unit that allows you to quickly and easily balance your camera. The stable tripod shoulder has a 3/8-inch and a 1/4-inch thread and is equipped with an excellently readable spirit level. With the new top model of the Rock Solid tripod series, you can confidently tackle any possible or impossible location conditions and securely realize your shooting ideas.
