Rollei has made its gimbal even more compact
Its two predecessors were already a complete success, and now Rollei is introducing its new gimbal – the Steady Butler Mobile 3, which stabilizes smartphones on three axes. The new product is much more compact and can even be folded.
Hamburg/Norderstedt, 12.04.2021. The new smartphone gimbal Steady Butler Mobile 3 will delight all smartphone users, as it comes with fantastic new features. For example, it is much more compact than its predecessor and can even be folded. This makes it easier to transport and it easily fits in with your photo equipment – when folded, it is only 15.6 cm tall and weighs only 340 g.
Another exciting new feature: Whether portrait or landscape format is needed, the Steady Butler Mobile 3 can change format at the touch of a button, perfectly showcasing Instagram posts and TikTok recordings. It is manually controlled with the integrated joystick.
The associated app called "Smart Gimbal 2" now also has a "Vlog" mode. When activated, various preset scenarios can be selected, which the gimbal executes automatically. How much the gimbal should move can be varied with the three modes: pan-follow mode, follow mode, and lock mode.
