Pay later
Only pay for what you really like: First receive your order and then decide what you want to keep. If you like an order, you can simply pay for it later in 14 or 30 days. Of course, you don't pay for what you don't keep. - Available in Germany and Austria

Returns management
Did you order with Klarna and want to return something? It's that easy:
- Register your return with us and follow all further instructions at retouren.rollei.de
- Pack the part of your shipment you want to return.
- Send the package to the address we provide [insert the corresponding return address here].
- Now open the Klarna app. Select the corresponding order there and click on "Register return".
- Your return is now registered. Klarna pauses your invoice while you return the product to us. As soon as it arrives with us, we will update your Klarna invoice.

With the Klarna app, you're in control: You can easily pay or change the payment method if needed – even after placing your order. The app reminds you of open invoices, and you always have an overview of all your purchases. You can also link your bank account to the app to pay with 1-click.
