Viltrox 56mm f1.4 Lens for Fujifilm cameras with X-mount
The Viltrox AF 56mm f1.4 XF for Fuji cameras features various characteristics that will be particularly useful for your photography. For example, it has an HD Nano multi-layer coating with water-resistant and anti-fouling properties, making it particularly durable.
The STM stepping motor built into the lens enables fast, quiet and very precise autofocus performance. A USB interface is available for firmware updates.
The aperture of the lens can be adjusted in two ways. If you set the aperture knob on the lens to A, the aperture will be set automatically. However, if you turn the aperture ring on the lens directly by hand, you can adjust the aperture manually.
To ensure you enjoy this lens for a long time, it has a particularly robust all-metal housing structure, which also feels absolutely high-quality in the hand.
The circular aperture, which has nine blades, allows you to capture absolutely stunning images with a beautiful background bokeh. But that's not all the lens offers. It also has excellent close-up performance of 0.6 meters, making close-ups, food photos or product photos effortlessly possible. Or you can use it for portraits, architecture and landscape photos. It is also ideally suited for these purposes.
The lens not only features autofocus, but also eye autofocus, which is extremely useful for portraits.
But it is not only suitable for photography. The silent STM focusing motor provides the basis for the highest quality videos.

Im Vergleich zum Original zu einem Bruchteil des Preises mit schnellem AF und sehr guter Abbildungsleistung. Wenn es hält, ist es ein perfektes Objektiv für gutes Geld. Die Haptik ist durch und durch sehr angenehm.

Das Objektiv hat recht starkes purpel Fringing, welches in der Bildbearbeitung nicht mit 1 oder 2 Klicks zu entfernen ist.
Qualitätsmanagement von Viltrox ist auch nicht das beste. Erstes Objektiv ließ sich nicht updaten. Umtausch verlief zwar problemlos. Aber gut ist anders. Wer auf den Blendenring verzichten kann, ist mit dem 56er von Sigma besser bedient. Und wer den Euro nicht umdrehen muss sollte zu 56er von Fuji greifen.
