Our new F:X Pro Starter Kit includes everything you need to start your filter journey. The set contains not only a filter holder for your DSLR camera, but also our Soft GND 8 and a CPL filter including a base ring (82 millimeters), with which the filter holder can be attached.

Our Soft GND 8 (3 stops/0.9) is a graduated neutral density filter with a soft transition from tint to transparency. Unlike regular ND filters, GNDs are used for subjects where brightness ratios have a gradient and therefore need to be adjusted differently.

Thanks to our extremely fine Luminance Coating, the filters' reflection-free property is approximately 99.5 percent, guaranteeing razor-sharp images – even with "high-end" cameras at 150 MP. Their color fidelity is also exemplary, meaning you can capture the environment as the human eye sees it.

The set also includes a CPL filter. CPL stands for Circular Polarizer. This makes colors richer (e.g., a blue sky) and non-metallic reflections can be filtered out of the environment. For example, in architectural shots where windows are visible or in photos with unwanted water reflections.

In this set, you get everything you need for most filter photography applications. A filter holder, a polarizing filter, and a soft graduated filter. This makes you very well equipped for landscape photography. You can also supplement the set with additional filters and gradually expand your personal equipment.
