With an operating weight of only 705 g including the battery, the HS Freeze 1X is designed for maximum mobile convenience. The housing is barely larger than a conventional speedlight, yet offers the superior light characteristics and endurance of a full-fledged studio flash.

Despite its compact size, the device delivers a considerable flash output of 100 Ws. This allows for significantly higher light reserves compared to standard speedlights, which is crucial when shooting against bright ambient light or when using larger light modifiers.
