Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG., In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany, hello@rollei.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the attached sample revocation form, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the sample revocation form or any other clear declaration on our website https://retoure.rollei.de/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation (e.g. by email).

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiration of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall repay to you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen* days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us or to atrikom fulfillment Gesellschaft für Projekt-Dienstleistungen mbH (An der Kreuzlache 8, 65474 Bischofsheim, Germany) without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen* days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen* days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, properties and functionality.

Special Notes

If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been disbursed to us when the revocation becomes effective, your lender takes over our rights and obligations from the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as much as possible, exercise your right of revocation and also revoke the loan agreement if you are also entitled to a right of revocation for it.
