Viltrox Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions 

Participate and win! 

The organizer of the sweepstakes via Viltrox's Instagram account (@viltrox.germany) is RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also referred to as the organizer), In de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany. 

The prizes are: 

• A 150,- € voucher for the Rollei online shop

Duration of the sweepstakes 

The sweepstakes starts on September 13, 2025, with the beginning of the event, no later than 10 AM, and automatically ends after the event concludes, no later than 5 PM on September 13, 2025. The sweepstakes is valid per timeslot (10 AM - 1 PM and 2 PM - 5 PM). This means that there will be an individual winner for each timeslot. Within this period, participation in the sweepstakes is possible, provided all conditions are met. Late participation in the sweepstakes is not possible. 

Participation in the sweepstakes 

To participate, participants must complete a Bingo. The tasks included will be handed out to participants before the start. The following criteria are prerequisites for winning:  

• The Bingo must be completed in a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal row. 
• A complete row (4 fields) counts as a Bingo. 
• If a Bingo is achieved, the participant must show proof of task completion to an event staff member.  

If any of these criteria are not met, it will not be considered for the prize.  

Late submissions will not be considered.  

 The first successfully achieved Bingo counts as a win. The winner must provide their address and the preferred mount of their desired lens. The prize will then be sent to the address provided.  

Exchanges and cash payouts are not possible. Only the specified prize can be received. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG does not provide a substitute prize.  

Early termination of the sweepstakes 

RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to discontinue the sweepstakes at any time, in whole or in part – and without observing deadlines and notifications – if it is deemed necessary by RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG.  

Data Protection 

Participant data will only be used for the processing and execution of the sweepstakes and for sending the prize. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG will not pass on data to third parties. Participants have the right to information, correction, or deletion in accordance with legal requirements. All uploaded data is subject to legal data protection regulations. All personal data will be handled by RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with legal provisions (especially applicable data protection laws).
