Shipping & Delivery
The prices displayed in the online shop are exclusive of shipping costs for packaging and postage. Shipping costs for a delivery are calculated dynamically during the ordering process and displayed in the shopping cart overview before placing the order.
The goods will be delivered by shipping to the delivery address you provided.

Please note: Deliveries to Packstations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments via DPD, DHL Express and bulky goods items therefore cannot be delivered to Packstations.
Delivery to Switzerland
We only offer delivery to Switzerland via our Swiss online shop. Please order via our Swiss shop: https://www.rollei.ch
Delivery Times
For deliveries to Germany, available items with DHL Standard will reach you within approx. 2-4 working days.
For deliveries to Austria, available items with DHL Standard will reach you within approx. 2-5 working days.
For deliveries to the rest of European countries, available items with DHL Standard will reach you within approx. 2-6 working days.
DHL Express
For deliveries with DHL Express, available items will reach you within approx. 1-2 working days. Delivery only takes place from Monday to Friday. Express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order is received by 12 noon (Monday to Thursday). Delivery within Germany is guaranteed for orders placed by 12:00 noon on the next working day (except Saturday). Please note that DHL Express shipping is not possible to DHL post offices and DHL Packstations.
Bulky Goods Shipping via DPD
For bulky goods deliveries, available items will reach you within 1-3 working days. Please note that significant additional costs may apply for the return shipping of bulky goods. If you would like to receive exact prices for a return shipment in advance, please contact us at profiservice@rollei.com.
Please note that bulky goods shipments via DPD cannot be delivered to a Packstation.
Delivery to PACKSTATION
Notification by email / SMS or by push notification in your DHL App about the receipt of the shipment. Suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Larger shipments are redirected to a nearby branch. Shipments up to a maximum of 31.5 kg can be deposited in the Packstation.
Please note that deliveries to Packstations are only possible for DHL shipments up to 60x35x35 cm. Shipments with DPD, DHL Express and bulky goods items therefore cannot be delivered to Packstations.
Note
The delivery period begins to run on the day after the conclusion of the contract. The delivery period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
