Communication via ZigBee® and control via the free "Smart Life" app
Communication with the smart thermostat takes place via the included ZigBee® hub , which acts as a central point for the smart thermostats and other devices. The hub easily connects to your home Wi-Fi network and then communicates with the thermostat and other devices using the modern ZigBee® wireless standard. Controlling the hub and the thermostat is convenient via the free "Smart Life" app on your smartphone or tablet – no matter where you are. This is especially useful if you've forgotten to turn off the heating before leaving and can easily adjust it remotely.
Many useful functions
The app allows you to configure many different functions and modes for the thermostat . This includes, for example, the heating schedule mode , which lets you select the temperature for each time of day using up to ten different heating schedules for individual days, weekdays, or weekends.
The automatic mode allows you to quickly set a previously selected temperature.
The Eco and Comfort modes allow the thermostats to be lowered to a low, cost-saving temperature or raised to a comfortable temperature.
The holiday mode allows you to set a desired temperature to be maintained during your absence, so that your home doesn't get too cold, but you still save on heating costs .
The offset mode allows temperature variations within the room to be compensated for.
The boost mode opens the heating valve for five minutes to achieve the fastest possible room heating, whereas the energy-saving mode closes the heating valve completely to save on heating costs.
In window opening mode , the thermostat detects when there is a temperature drop of at least five degrees Celsius in the room within five minutes and then adjusts the temperature according to the preset temperature setting.
The frost protection mode prevents unwanted frost in the heating pipes and sets the temperature to at least eight degrees Celsius, while the limescale protection mode regularly opens the heating valve for a short period of time, thus preventing unwanted limescale buildup in the heating system.
And if control via the app is not desired, the thermostat can be controlled manually like a standard thermostat using the manual mode .
The child lock mode prevents unwanted adjustment of the thermostat.
Suitable for all common heating systems
The thermostat itself fits the common heating type M30x1.5. However, thanks to the included adapters , the thermostat can also be easily installed on heating types Danfoss RAVL, Danfoss RA, Danfoss RAV, Giacomini, Caleffi and M28x1.5.

Thanks to its simple yet modern design, the thermostat fits into any home and transforms your heating system into a visual highlight. Even large households with many radiators are catered for, as up to 60 thermostats can be connected to a central unit within a single household.
