The monitor has a large display with a screen diagonal of 6 inches and the monitor is operated easily and conveniently via touchscreen, so you can easily tap through the menu.

In addition, the monitor has a Full HD resolution and with the impressive brightness of 2,000 Nits, you will have no problems seeing all content on the monitor and operating it, even in strong sunlight.

Various connections: 4K-HDMI In/Out, NP-F, USB-C and much more

Via the integrated HDMI input and output, it is possible to play back 4K content, for example from your camera, through the monitor on another device. Via the USB port, you have the option, for example, to import LUTs (preset settings for color, brightness, saturation and more) onto the monitor with a USB stick. The NP-F, USB-C, and DC connections ensure the device's power supply. The integrated 3.5-millimeter jack connection allows convenient audio playback via headphones. And for quick and secure mounting in horizontal or vertical position directly on your camera or on a tripod, the integrated 1/4-inch connections on the side and bottom of the monitor, as well as the included cold shoe adapter, are provided.

The Viltrox Camera Monitor DC-X2 has numerous useful functions that are very helpful for photo and video shoots in the studio or on location. With the "Zebra" function, for example, you can see which areas are overexposed, giving you a better overview of contours and light and dark areas. The "False Color" function allows overexposed areas to be displayed in dark red and corrected. The "Center Cross" function can be set to better adjust aspect ratios. With the "Aspect Ratio" function, you can see which area will be in the picture later, and with video editing software, you can then transfer the photo to the format, whereas the "Safe Area" function shows which area must be in the picture so that the recordings can later be transferred to other formats. Through the "Focus Peaking" function, sharpness and blur in the image are more visible, "Focus Peaking" colors can be set in four different colors (red, green, blue, and gray) and intensities can be adjusted to different strengths. "Waveform", i.e., the control of the luminance level, and "Grid", i.e., the division into individual image areas, are among other helpful functions with which the camera monitor DC-X2 is equipped. The audio level and recording can be displayed with the "Audio Meter" function, and the monitor has sound playback.

Flexible power supply: Operation via NP-F batteries, USB-C power bank or cable

The camera monitor DC-X2 offers flexible power supply options. It comes with one included NP-F battery, but is also compatible with our other available NP-F batteries. Alternatively, it can also be connected to a power bank, for example, via the integrated USB-C port, or powered by a cable via the integrated DC port.
