In the download center at www.rollei.de or for IOS directly in the Apple Store.

Can I control the light without the app?

Yes, all basic functions such as brightness, color temperature, RGB colors and effects can be controlled directly via the controls on the device.

How long does the battery last and how do I charge it properly?

At full power, the battery life is approximately 60 minutes. Charging takes approximately 2.5 hours with a USB-C PD power adapter (30W or higher recommended).

My LUX Compact 40 RGB suddenly turns off – why?

The device has integrated overheating protection. If the ambient temperature is very high or if the light is continuously operated at full power, it will automatically shut off. Allow the light to cool down before resuming operation.

Can I replace the battery?

No, the battery is permanently installed in the device and cannot be replaced by the user. If the battery is defective, please contact Rollei Service.
