With 600 Ws flash output and a guide number of 88, the HS Freeze 6X offers enough power to illuminate large sets or overpower the sun. The finely graded power control from 1.0 to 9.0 (in 0.1 increments) allows for precise adjustment of light intensity – perfect for creative lighting setups.

Bi-color modeling light: 40 W LED – can be used as a modeling, video or photo light

The integrated 40 W LED modeling light offers precise, stepless adjustment of the color temperature from 2700 K to 6500 K, so that the light can be seamlessly adapted to ambient light or creative requirements. The high output allows for usable brightness for video recordings, meaning the HS Freeze 6X can be used not only as a modeling light but also as a standalone continuous light source.

Power levels, flash modes, color temperature and synchronization settings can be adjusted directly on the display, allowing you to fully concentrate on your shots. The integrated group LED provides clear visualization of the current group assignment. This allows you to quickly and efficiently assign your flashes to one of 16 groups and keep all settings in view. The LED display on the side of the flash enables quick checking of the selected group.

The HS Freeze 6X offers the shortest flash durations in the series, ensuring extremely sharp, detailed images – even at the highest speeds.

• Normal mode:
  (t = 0.5 s): 1/1,000 – 1/27,000 sec.
• Freeze mode:
  (t = 0.5 s): 1/1,000 – 1/27,000 sec.

The freeze mode reduces the flash duration to an absolute minimum, so that even the fastest movements – from fast sports shots to splashing water droplets – are captured crystal clear without motion blur.
