Participate and win!
The organizer of the competition on the Instagram account (@viltrox.germany) from Viltrox is RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also called the organizer), in de Tarpen 42, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany.
You can win:
- A lens from the Air series (25mm F/1.7, 35mm F/1.7, 40mm F/2.5, or 56mm F/1.7)
Duration of the competition
The giveaway starts on August 23, 2025, with the beginning of the event, no later than 10:00 AM, and ends automatically after the event concludes, no later than 5:00 PM on August 23, 2025. The giveaway applies to each timeslot (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM). This means there will be an individual winner for each timeslot. Participation in the giveaway is possible within this time frame, subject to full compliance with all conditions. Late participation in the giveaway is not permitted.
Participation in the competition
Participation takes place by completing a bingo. The included tasks will be handed out to participants before the start. The following criteria must be met to qualify for the prize:
- The bingo must be completed in a vertical, horizontal, or diagonal row.
- A bingo is considered a complete row (4 squares).
- Once a bingo is achieved, the participant must present proof of task completion to an event staff member.
If any of these criteria are not met, the bingo will not count for the prize.
Late submissions will not be considered.
The first successfully completed bingo counts as the winning entry. The winner must provide their address and the preferred mount for the desired lens. The prize will be sent to the provided address.
Exchanges or cash payments are not possible. Only the specified prize can be received. RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG does not provide a substitute prize.
Early termination of the competition
RCP Handels -GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to stop the competition at any time, in whole or in parts - and without compliance with deadlines and notifications, if it considers it necessary by RCP Handels -GmbH & Co. KG becomes.
Data protection
Participant data is only used for the processing and implementation of the competition as well as for sending the profit. There is no transfer to third parties from RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG. The participant is entitled to information, correction or deletion according to the legal requirements. All invited data are subject to the statutory data protection regulations. All personal data is dealt with by RCP Handels-GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with the legal provisions (in particular the applicable data protection laws).
