Shipping & delivery

What are the shipping costs?

From an order value of € 150, shipping within Germany is free of charge. A detailed breakdown of our shipping costs can be found in our Shipping cost overview

How long does the delivery take?

With a delivery in Germany, available items with DHL standard within around 1-3 working days are available. If you order until 4:00 p.m., we will hand over your package to our shipping service provider the next day.

In the case of a delivery to Austria, available items with DHL standard are available within about 2-5 working days.

DHL EXPRESS: With a delivery with DHL Express, available items are available within about 1-2 working days. Express delivery can only be guaranteed if the order has been received by 12 p.m. (Monday to Thursday). Delivery within Germany is guaranteed to be available for orders until 12 noon on the next working day (except Saturday). Please note that express delivery is not possible at post office and packing stations.

Note: The deadline for delivery begins when paying in advance five days after the payment order is issued. For all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery period ends at the end of the last day. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized at the delivery location, the next working day will take place instead of such a day.

Can I also order abroad?

Of course, we also deliver to other EU countries. We have set up our own online shop in Switzerland. Shipping outside the EU is currently not possible.

Is delivery to a packing station possible?

Of course, you can also have your items delivered to packing stations and post office within Germany. With the exception of express programs: It is not possible to deliver to packing stations and post office here.

Please note that the delivery to a packing station is only suitable for shipments up to 60x35x35 cm with a maximum of 31.5 kg! 

Where is my order?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse.


As a rule, orders that will be made until 4:00 p.m. on the next working day. Please understand that it can take a little longer with high occupancy (e.g. due to actions or public holidays).

If you have a customer account, you can see the status of your order there.

Cancellation and returns

How can I send a product back?

You can send the goods back to us within 14 days of receipt. Simply use our Return portal.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Our order & logistics process is fully automatic so that you can quickly get your goods. Therefore, the time window can be very short to cancel an order.

My studio flash is defective. What can I do?
