The next generation of the extremely robust and weather-resistant Rollei Lion Rock outdoor tripod family continues the understanding of quality that can almost be described as legendary. Developed for particularly challenging shootings under the most adverse conditions, the top model of the new Lion Rock Mark II tripods carries professional equipment weighing up to 30 kg. The legs, made of 11 layers of pure carbon, ensure perfect stability. It weighs less than 2.5 kg, and the pack size of 57.5 cm takes up very little of the storage space that is always scarce.
Salt, sand and dust resistant
The Rollei Lion Rock 30 Mark II Outdoor Tripod stands robustly at every location. Even aggressive salt water and even the finest desert sand do not affect the function of the high-quality and continuously adjustable quick-release fasteners. On the lowest segment of each tripod leg you will find a scale for exact height alignment, which is easy to read even in poor lighting conditions. A cube spirit level is included in the scope of delivery to help you with positioning. The most visible innovation of the Mark II series are the patent-pending tripod feet with integrated steel spikes. The special shape of the tips creates a ground angle of exactly 90 degrees for perfect standing even on the most difficult surfaces. All three tripod legs have soft foam padding on the top segment, ideal for handling in cold weather or when you want to carry the tripod with the camera mounted on your shoulders. The legs lock securely in three proven positions and allow the desired working height to be changed quickly..
Practical accessories already included
Your new Rollei Lion Rock 30 Mark II not only comes with the above-mentioned spirit level and 3 replacement rubber feet, you also get the practical and very popular Rollei tripod storage bag, an Allen key for disassembly and a robust, precisely fitting tripod bag with a stable plug-in fastener. On the tripod shoulder you will find a mounting plate with a standardized 3/8 connection and another, permanently integrated spirit level. The maximum working height without a tripod head is already 148.5 cm.
